Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of this website. They are separate from the Booking Conditions, which govern any trip you actually book with us.

Last updated 26 September 2026

This page is a structurally complete draft prepared for clarity, not a finished legal document. Any section marked TODO_BUSINESS_INPUT still needs a real business decision, and we recommend this whole page is reviewed by a Nepal-qualified lawyer before it is relied on for actual bookings.

Use of this website

You may browse this website and use the enquiry forms to contact us about a potential trip or partnership. You agree not to misuse the site — including submitting false information through our forms, attempting to disrupt normal operation, or scraping content for commercial reuse without permission.

No booking is made through this website

Submitting an enquiry form does not create a booking or a binding contract. A trip is only confirmed once we've sent you a written quotation and itinerary and you've accepted it and made any required payment, at which point our Booking Conditions apply.

Content & accuracy

We try to keep destination, journey and travel-guide content accurate and up to date, and mark time-sensitive facts (visas, fees, flight routes) with a 'last verified' date. However, rules and schedules set by governments, airlines and other third parties can change without notice — always confirm time-sensitive details with the official source we link to before relying on them.

Intellectual property

The text, design and branding on this website belong to Shakurma Adventures Nepal Pvt. Ltd. unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced commercially without our permission.

Limitation of liability

This website is provided 'as is'. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website. This does not limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.

TODO_BUSINESS_INPUT: confirm the specific court/jurisdiction language your lawyer recommends for dispute resolution, if any is required beyond general governing-law wording.
