How we handle payments for confirmed bookings, and what we do (and don't) do with your payment details.

This website does not take payments
This website is used to submit enquiries only — we never ask for card details or payment through our online forms. Payment instructions are only ever shared directly with you, individually, once a trip is quoted and you're ready to book.
How payments are handled

Whatever method is used, we do not store full card numbers on our own systems — any card payment is handled directly by a payment provider's own secure system, not by us.
Protecting yourself
We will never ask you to pay via an unusual or urgent-pressure method (e.g. gift cards, cryptocurrency, or a 'new' bank account communicated only by email).
