We collect information you choose to give us when you use our enquiry forms (Quick Enquiry, Trip Planner, or the trade/partner enquiry form), including:

• Your name, email address, and (optionally) phone/WhatsApp number
• Trip details you provide: destinations and experiences of interest, travel dates, group size, budget indicator and any notes or special requirements
• For trade/partner enquiries: company name, company type and country
• Basic technical information attached to a submission (IP address and browser user-agent), used only for spam/abuse prevention

We do not use cookies for advertising or third-party tracking. If Google Analytics is enabled on this site (only once a real measurement ID is configured), it operates on a first-party, aggregated basis to help us understand site usage — see the 'Analytics' section below.

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry: preparing a tailored itinerary and quotation, replying to your question, or following up on a trade/partnership conversation. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

Enquiry data is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database operated as part of our website infrastructure and, where you contact us, is used to send you email notifications via our email delivery provider, Resend. Our website is hosted on Cloudflare's infrastructure. Both providers act as data processors on our behalf and do not use your information for their own purposes.

TODO_BUSINESS_INPUT: this section describes the lead-storage/email architecture as implemented in the website's codebase. Confirm with the person who completes production deployment that the Cloudflare D1 database has actually been created and the email delivery provider configured for live sending (not just implemented) before treating this section as a final, accurate description of live processing.

We retain enquiry records for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and maintain business records, and then in line with a retention period to be confirmed.

TODO_BUSINESS_INPUT: confirm a specific retention period (e.g. a fixed number of months/years after the enquiry is closed) appropriate to Nepali record-keeping requirements.

This site does not load any analytics or tracking script unless a real, first-party analytics measurement ID has been configured by us. If enabled, analytics data is used only in aggregate to understand which pages are useful, and is not linked to your enquiry-form submissions.

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing us at the address below. We will respond as promptly as we reasonably can.
